Pennie Keener’s journey in the real estate Industry began in the mortgage field. “I am so proud to be a Native Oklahoman, having been raised in this great state of Oklahoma since I was a young girl and attended Moore High School and OKCCC.” After working over twelve years in the mortgage field, she gained valuable knowledge and insights in the entire process from front to back of all types of loan and litigation processes. She worked directly for the bank president, overseeing three departments in loss mitigation, knowing how to handle defaults and the sale of REO homes for HUD. She also worked with VP’s and CEOs with other companies, obtaining extensive experience dealing with foreclosures, short sales, bankruptcies and the sale of REO properties as well as policies and procedures.
